Black Belt and Competition Training Sunday 24th April 2022 
Excellent day at Burbage Taekwon-Do Academy. Starting the morning off with kicking development and Black Belt Patterns with demonstration teams practising team splits and self defence using applications of techniques from Choong Moo…great fun and some excellent displays
The Colour Belts then joined us for Competition Training, practising their individual patterns and finishing the day competing on the mats, both Black Belts and Colour Belts against each other gaining valuable experience and advice for improvement. A really enjoyable team spirited day
