Foundation training for children and teens

We provide a free trial class for you to experience our martial arts training sessions. All our training sessions are tailored to individual capabilities. We will be asking a few initial questions to know more about you. Based on your input, your training schedules will be customised.

The first few classes are focussed on teaching you about the basics of this form of art and gradually the training will get more rigorous. Some of the benefits of getting trained at Burbage Taekwon-Do Academy are:

Individual fitness maintenance
Basic level of fitness and flexibility
Improve confidence and self-esteem
Stranger danger and awareness
Balance and muscle control
Develop discipline and focus

If you are looking for a one-on-one training session, contact us for private tuition.
