We are pleased to report a successful weekend of Taekwon-Do gradings from Burbage TKD Academy & Rugby TKD Academy. Students demonstrated their hard work, technical skill, and understanding of the fundamental principles of Taekwon-Do.

White & Yellow Belts!
White & Yellow Belts!Beginner students showed strong potential as they performed the foundational techniques, basic stances, blocks and punches. The grading included the performance of Saju Jirugi (Four Direction Punch) and Saju Makgi (Four Direction Block) Chon-Ji & Dan Gun with emphasis on correct posture & balance.
Students also answered basic theory questions on the Tenets of Taekwon-Do and the meaning of their belts.
Sunday 2nd Nov Green Stripe & above!
Green Stripe & above!Students at this level were assessed on more advanced techniques, all patterns, kicking combinations, Sparring types, fitness, board breaking and theoretical knowledge covered pattern meanings, Korean terminology, and the values behind the Taekwon-Do.
